Director of Marketing, Admissions & Communications
Job Summary:
Responsible of directing all aspects of MAC on behalf of the school. This role involves:
•	In alignment of LifePlus plan, ensuring the implementation of all MAC policies and procedures
•	Working with the LifePlus Director of MAC to create and implement an annual strategy
•	Reviewing, designing and overseeing all marketing and communications collateral
•	Using knowledge and data analysis and other market research to inform decision making pertaining to revenue and student enrollment growth strategies and new entrepreneurial opportunities
•	Acting as the main point of contact for all prospective families from inquiry through the enrollment of new students
•	networking with key local government officials, other stakeholders,
•	Overseeing the MAC’s budget and PowerSchool
•	Carrying out other duties as requested by the supervisor.
Qualifications and requirements:
Has a Bachelor Degree with 3-5 years’ experience. Has managerial skills. Demonstrates strong level of initiative. Is experienced in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. The candidate must have a good command of the English language.
